Cosens Martial Arts was established in 2009 by owner Charlie Cosens, who has trained and competed worldwide, including Thailand and Brazil. Students are taught a variety of Martial Arts with real-world applicability, ranging from Muay Thai Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Western Style Boxing, Krav Maga, Karate, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, and Judo. We offer martial-art-based, life skills programs for youth, such as focus, control and discipline. We also cater to adult students working on fitness, self defense, stress relief, or even just starting a new hobby. Students improve themselves as individuals through Cosens’ unique, ego-free, team atmosphere. We currently have locations in Bay City, Midland, Saginaw, Mt. Pleasant, Grand Blanc, and Flushing.
